Welcome to Desert Rose Tourism Qatar. By booking a tour, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Policy

• Bookings can be made online, by email, or via our customer service team.

• A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully processed.

• All guests must provide accurate personal information when making a reservation.

2. Payment Policy

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected tour.

• Payments can be made through approved online gateways or bank transfers.

• Prices listed on the website are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Guest cancellations:

  • 48 hours or more before the tour – eligible for a full refund.

  • Within 24 hours – 50% cancellation fee applies.

  • No-show – non-refundable.

• Company cancellations:
  If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions, safety issues, or operational reasons, guests may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Tour Participation

• Guests must follow safety instructions provided by our guides at all times.

• Desert Rose Tourism is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage caused by negligence or non-compliance with instructions.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult during all tours.

5. Changes & Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, road closures, or government restrictions).

• Tour routes, durations, or inclusions may change slightly to ensure guest safety and comfort.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, permits, or visas (if applicable).

• Desert Rose Tourism is not responsible for issues arising from missing or invalid travel documents.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Participation in adventure activities (e.g., dune bashing, quad biking, sandboarding) is at the guest’s own risk.

• The company is not liable for injuries, delays, or damages caused by third-party vendors or factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials on this website are the property of Desert Rose Tourism Qatar and cannot be copied or reused without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be handled under Qatari jurisdiction.
